VDF Flooring stands for Vacuum Dewatered Flooring. This is a special technique to do the Concrete Flooring to increase the Compressive Strength, Tensile Strength, Abrasion Resistance and to minimize the Shrinkage and Floor Wraps. VDF Flooring results in High Strength, Longer Life, Better Finish and Faster Work. This type of floor is suitable for high abrasion & heavy traffic movement.
The Vacuum Dewatered Flooring or VDF Flooring is a system for laying high quality concrete floors where the key is Dewatering of Concrete by Vacuum Process wherein surplus water from the concrete is removed immediately after placing and vibration, thereby reducing the water: cement ratio to the optimum level.
Polished concrete is the ultimate no-wax flooring material. With the proper floor grinding equipment and experience, concrete polishing contractors can grind concrete surfaces, whether new or old, to a high-gloss finish. Factor in the superior durability and performance of concrete, and it's no wonder why retail, commercial warehouse and office facilities, and even homeowners are catching on to the appeal of these smooth, high-luster floors.
Groove Cutting is ideally used for cutting the hard concrete for expansion joints, asphalt pavement cut, pot whole repair cut. Our range of Groove Cutting Machine is used in various applications such as construction industries.
Concrete is among the most commonly used building materials. One of the only downsides of this material is its permanent nature; once concrete has had time to dry and cure, it can prove difficult to effectively alter without destroying the finished product. Cutting set concrete is a common procedure for adding anything from aesthetic joints to drains and electric chases. Although this may seem like an intimidating task, it can be successfully completed by just about anyone with the proper tools and instructions.
Cutting hardened concrete is usually done to incorporate aesthetic joints or electric chases. Given the hardness of set concrete, this may seem like a job for construction professionals only. But you can actually do this yourself with the help of the right construction tools and equipment, namely the circular concrete saw.
To help accommodate the movement of the concrete and avoid Cracking of Concrete and long-lasting damage.

What is Concrete Densification?
Concrete densification is the process of applying a concrete densifier to the top layer of a concrete floor in order to make it denser. This also makes the concrete perfect for polishing during the refinement process. While it complements a polished floor perfectly, it can be applied to both polished and unpolished floors. It’s often used to add longevity and strength to a concrete floor. It works by filling in the pores of the existing concrete flooring. One byproduct of concrete flooring is free lime, a calcium oxide that reacts to densification. As the densifier penetrates, it creates a chemical reaction that fills every pore of the concrete. This hardens the concrete and increases surface durability. Most well-maintained concrete floors that have gone through a densification process can last up to 20 years.
